마틴 스코세지 감독이 롤링 스톤즈 공연 실황을 가지고 만든 영화 제목이 "샤인 어 라이트"...
이 제목은 롤링 스톤즈의 최고 걸작 앨범으로 일컬어지는 "Exile on Main Stream"에 수록된 곡이다. 앨범 제목부터 특이하다. "주류로의 탈출" 주류로 가는 것이 탈출이라? 참으로 깜찍하고 전복적인 제목이다. 어려운 영어가 아니니 번역은 생략(사실은 귀찮아서) 사실 속어, 비속한 표현이 많아서 어려운 단어는 없는데도, 참 무슨 뜻인지 알아먹기가 거시기 하다. 롤링 스톤즈에게 가사는 의미 없다. 어차피 다 섹스, 사랑, 즐기자, 그까짓 규칙 등등이니까. 닥치고 그냥 곡만 듣고, 흥이 나면 흔들어라! 이게 롤링 스콘즈 감상법이다.
